Warm-Up & Stretching
Athletes will begin with a guided warm-up to prepare their bodies and reduce the risk of injury.
Jumps
Athletes may be asked to demonstrate jumps such as toe touches, pikes, or other basic jumps, focusing on technique and form.
Tumbling (if applicable)
Cheerleaders will demonstrate current tumbling skills (such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, or back walkovers). Athletes are not required to perform skills beyond their comfort level.
Cheer & Motions
Athletes may learn a short cheer or motion sequence to demonstrate sharpness, timing, and ability to learn quickly.
Overall Performance
Coaches will evaluate energy, confidence, coachability, teamwork, and effort throughout the evaluation.
