Spring Cheer Program

Build skills, boost confidence, and get ready for the upcoming cheer season.

Spring Cheer focuses on fundamental skill-building and training to prepare athletes for the upcoming season. This program is designed to strengthen technique, build confidence, and create a strong foundation in a positive and supportive environment.

Practice Schedule

📅 Thursdays | ⏰ 5:30–6:30 PM

Program Focus

  • Basic motions and sharp technique
  • Jumps and flexibility training
  • Introductory stunting and safety fundamentals
  • Conditioning, strength, and endurance
  • Teamwork, leadership, and performance skills

What to Expect

Athletes are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately for physical activity, with athletic shoes and a water bottle. Spring Cheer is a great opportunity for both returning and new athletes to develop skills, improve fitness, and prepare for the upcoming cheer season.
