Rochester Youth Football & Legacy Cheer (RYFLC) is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and competitive environment where young athletes can grow through football and cheerleading.

Serving the greater Rochester, NH community, RYFLC offers programs for multiple age groups — including flag and tackle football, as well as various levels of cheer teams — all focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

We’re excited to announce that our football teams will now compete in the Southern Maine Youth Football League (SMYFL) for all away games, giving our athletes the opportunity to face strong regional competition while continuing to host all home games right here in Rochester.
