Meet Our New Head Coaches

🏈 Seth Wentworth – Head Coach, Blue Outlaws
Seth joins RYFL with years of experience coaching youth sports, including football. His leadership, strategic planning, and mentorship will be invaluable to the team. Welcome, Seth!

🏈 Matt Couture – Head Coach, Maroon Marauders
A familiar face in RYFL, Matt previously served as an assistant coach for the Maroon Marauders. His deep knowledge of the game and collaborative spirit will be key to the team’s success.

🏈 Joshua Calcia – Head Coach, Red Devils
Josh has been an assistant coach for the Red Devils and has coached multiple sports across various age groups. As a longtime RYFL board member, he now steps into the head coach role, bringing dedication and expertise to the team.

🏈 Griffin Couture – Head Coach, Little Red Raiders
Griffin has been part of the RYFL family for years, both as a player and coach. Last season, he was an assistant coach for the Little Red Raiders, and now he takes the lead, continuing to shape the team’s culture and success.

• Vice President/Head of Football Operations – Oversees league operations, scheduling, and referee coordination.
• Cook Shack Coordinator – Manages staffing and operations of the cook shack.
• Fundraising Coordinator – Plans and leads fundraising efforts for the league.
• Business/Facility Manager – Maintains facilities and coordinates with the executive board for necessary updates.
• Community Engagement Coordinator – Connects RYFL with local schools and events to promote youth football.
• Sponsors & Grant Coordinator – Secures sponsorships and grants to support league operations.
